Policies
Effective date: August 12, 2026
PluginPie is developed and licensed by Daniel Robinson, a sole proprietor operating under the Yamp brand in New York, United States.
Payments and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
PluginPie provides a free demo so you can evaluate it before purchasing. Except where required by applicable law or Paddle's Refund Policy, PluginPie is generally non-refundable once it has been delivered or used. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle buyer support.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the right to use the associated license ends and no additional activations will be issued.

Software License Terms
The free PluginPie download includes a limited demo. Purchasing PluginPie grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version and any future PluginPie updates we release on up to three computers that you own or primarily control. A perpetual license does not guarantee that updates will continue indefinitely or that PluginPie will remain compatible with future operating systems, DAWs, plug-ins, or hardware.
Online activation transmits a device identifier to the PluginPie licensing service. For offline devices, you may manually transfer an activation request to an internet-connected device to obtain a signed activation file. Once activated, PluginPie can verify the license locally without an internet connection. Significant hardware changes may count as a new device activation; contact support@yampmusic.com for support.
You may not share, sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute PluginPie or its license. Future PluginPie updates that we release are included at no additional charge. Continued development and support are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and are not guaranteed indefinitely. PluginPie depends on third-party operating systems, DAWs, plug-ins, and APIs that may change outside our control.
Warranty and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PluginPie is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost work, or failures caused by third-party software or unsupported configurations. Our total liability relating to PluginPie will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these policies limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
General
These Software License Terms are governed by the laws of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Purchases made through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. We may update these policies when PluginPie, our providers, or legal requirements change. Changes to the Software License Terms will not retroactively reduce rights already granted under a completed purchase except where required by law. We may update our privacy practices and other policies as our services, providers, or legal obligations change.
