The shortcut does nothing

In the Editor, click ⌘ Hotkey and verify that your assigned hotkey was saved. If Only activate while DAW is focused is enabled, switch to your DAW before trying the hotkey.

On macOS, try the following steps:

1. Quit PluginPie completely by clicking the PluginPie menu bar icon and choosing Quit PluginPie.
2. Open Accessibility Settings
   System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
3. Highlight PluginPie and remove it from the list by clicking the minus button in the bottom left.
4. Add it back by pressing the plus button and navigating to PluginPie in the Applications folder.

PluginPie cannot find the DAW window

Open Settings and compare Window Title Hint with the actual DAW window title. Make sure the correct DAW is selected and running.

Database locations

PluginPie auto-generates databases at these locations. You can fully reset PluginPie by deleting this file. Your license will be unaffected, deleting this file only resets user data.
